Common questions
Is my data separate from other carriers'?
Yes. Every record carries your company key and every query is filtered by it, in the web app and the API alike. Drivers see only their own loads and pay. Enterprise plans run in their own database.
Can I bring my data from another system?
Loads, fuel, expenses and driver miles import from CSV on Solo and above; brokers fill from FMCSA as you add them. Enterprise onboarding includes a migration session.
Which GPS / ELD units work?
Verizon Connect (Reveal) today. Samsara and Motive are next; tell us which one you run.
Do drivers need to install anything?
No app store. Drivers open the link on their phone and add it to the home screen; it works offline for BOL photos and syncs later.
Can I run more than one company?
Yes — a group with children on Fleet (2), Pro (5) and Enterprise (unlimited). One login, shared brokers, separate books.
How do I get my data out?
Excel exports on Fleet and above, the REST API, and a full company export on request.
What happens if I stop paying?
The company continues on the free Starter plan with all its data. Nothing is deleted.
